HELLO!
A Winner! That’s was the first thing that crossed my mind when I tried this yummilicious biscuit by Empire Biscuit (located in 198 Avenue A, NY). Like seriously, the biscuit is so moist it melts in your mouth. I went there yesterday just before I headed for Long Beach to enjoy the sun while it lasts lol.
Anyways, the place looks small from the outside but it’s actually quite big on the inside. I saw some people busy munching their biscuit when i walked in and directly felt happy because I had come to a right place. Ha! So for my first try, I ordered 1 “cruel summer” and 1 biscuit with honey and butter. I ordered them to go because I was already late for the beach 😀 in the car, I immediately opened my biscuit doggy bag and started my first biscuit that was “cruel summer” (biscuit filled with blueberry jam and corn). And it was da bombb! so so very delicious! I was even thinking of going back there to have another one LOL. But as I said, I was late so I didn’t. After finished with my first biscuit, I couldn’t resist to try my second one. Despite of my full stomach, I just had to have it 😀 and the biscuit with honey and butter was also very good. But still for me, the cruel summer was the winner.
I will definitely go back and try other menu. Empire Biscuit also serves savory biscuit but I guess I’ll try all the sweet ones first before I jump into savory 😀
